Ship only within Japan. Orders outside Japan will be ignored without notice.

Shipments require a valid street address. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays and issues.

Any damage or spoilage due to an incorrect or incomplete address voids our guarantee. Please verify your shipping details carefully.

We recommend placing your order at least 5 days before you plan to prepare it. In case of peak season, we might delay more and will notify you separately.
